This Privacy Policy explains how AiHub Pro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI content generation platform (the "Service"). AiHub Pro is operated by Eclectic Emporium. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: email address, display name, and hashed password when you register.
• Usage data: prompts you submit, images generated, model selections, generation timestamps, and token balance activity.
• Payment information: we use Stripe to process payments. We do not store raw card data. Stripe may store billing details in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage token balances.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, billing receipts).
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We set one strictly-necessary cookie: ah_session, an HttpOnly session cookie used solely to keep you authenticated. We also use browser localStorage to remember your UI preferences (e.g. colour theme). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers:

• Cloudflare — hosting, edge computing, AI inference, and DDoS protection.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (password resets, verification emails).
• Google / GitHub — if you choose to sign in with OAuth, your public profile information (name, email, profile picture) is shared by the provider to create or link your account.

All providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use AiHub Pro. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
